Garment Sewing Operator

You work on an industrial sewing machine as part of a production line, completing one or two assigned operations on each garment before passing it down the line. Output is measured by piece count against a daily target set by the line supervisor. The plant runs a single day shift, Monday to Friday, 8 hours plus a paid lunch break, with occasional Saturday mornings in peak season. You handle knitwear and woven pieces depending on the running order. Quality control checks every batch, so consistent stitching matters more than raw speed. Material, thread and machine maintenance are provided.

Steady hands and good eyesight for detailed work

English at A1/A2 is enough, all instruction is in Albanian

Net salary 480-580 EUR (10% above market average)

Operators who hold target and quality for six months can train as line setters or quality checkers, both paid above the operator rate. The plant fills supervisor roles from the floor first.
