A modern production facility in Krško is hiring press operators to work on Schuler and Müller Weingarten hydraulic and mechanical presses. We manufacture metal parts for the automotive industry (Bosch, Mahle, Hella). Enter a stable and dynamic work environment.
About role
The press operator will operate presses for stamping, forging and deep drawing sheet metal. Work includes tooling setup, pressure and speed parameter adjustment, initial and ongoing product inspection, and tool changeovers between batches. Contribute to productivity and quality assurance per IATF 16949 standard.
Who's a fit?
Minimum 1 year of experience in metal production
Knowledge of hydraulic or mechanical presses
Reading technical drawings and control charts
Skill in tool setup and parameter adjustment
Understanding press safety protocols
Physical fitness and attentiveness
Willingness for 3-shift work
