A leading manufacturer of precision components in Velenje is expanding its CNC operator team to work on Mazak, Mori Seiki and DMG Mori machines. We cooperate with tier-1 suppliers for Bosch, Hella and Mahle and offer long-term employment in the growing e-mobility industry.
About role
The CNC operator will operate 3-axis and 5-axis machining centers for milling and turning precision components. Tasks include machine setup, workpiece clamping, reading technical drawings per ISO standards, measuring with calipers and micrometers, and performing SPC control. Work follows IATF 16949 and ISO/TS 16949 standards for the automotive industry.
Who's a fit?
Minimum 2 years of experience with CNC machines (Mazak, Mori Seiki, DMG Mori)
Knowledge of Heidenhain, Fanuc or Siemens 840D controllers
Reading technical drawings and understanding GD&T tolerances
Use of measuring instruments (caliper, micrometer, dial indicator)
Basic knowledge of G/M codes
Precision and technical commitment
Willingness for 3-shift work
