About role
You will operate Heidenhain TNC and Fanuc CNC machines for milling and turning precision parts for the automotive industry (Ford, Schaeffler). Responsibilities: tool setup, program loading, quality control with measuring instruments, basic maintenance. Work is on 2 shifts in a climate-controlled hall.
Who's a fit?
Minimum 2 years experience as CNC operator
Knowledge of Heidenhain TNC and/or Fanuc
Reading technical drawings and G-code programs
Use of measuring instruments (caliper, micrometer, dial indicator)
Knowledge of cutting tools and machining parameters
Technical qualification
Availability for 2 shifts
