Sewing Machine Operator

You sew assigned operations on the line, from sleeves and side seams to hems and collars, following the technical sheet for each order. You work on Juki and Pegasus machines, change thread and needles, and keep the seam quality within tolerance. Output targets are set per shift and the supervisor distributes the bundles. The factory runs one day shift, Monday to Friday, with paid overtime in peak weeks. New operators learn the faster operations over the first weeks with a trainer on the line.

Experience on industrial sewing machines (single needle, overlock or coverstitch)

Able to read a simple technical sheet and follow the operation order

Steady output and consistent seam quality

Can change needles, thread and bobbins without help

Careful handling of knit and stretch fabrics

Reliable attendance for a five day shift

Basic (A1/A2) English is enough, Bulgarian on the line

Net salary 650-780 EUR (10% above market average)
