Maintenance Electrician

You run the planned checks on the line panels, the motors and the sensors, replace contactors and drives when they fail, and pull and terminate cable for new stations. Every intervention is written into the maintenance log with the time the line stood still. On a breakdown you read the schematic, measure with a multimeter and a clamp meter and report to the maintenance leader. The team works 07:00 to 16:00 with a duty telephone rota at weekends.

Technical secondary school in electrical engineering or a trade qualification

Valid qualification group for work on electrical installations

At least two years of maintenance or installation work

Reads an electrical schematic and a terminal plan

Confident with a multimeter, a clamp meter and hand tools

English at B1 for machine manuals and supplier drawings

Willing to join the weekend duty telephone rota

Net salary from 1010 up to 1111 EUR per month

Permanent contract with insurance from the first day

Paid supplement for the qualification group and for weekend duty

An electrician who learns the drives and the line control moves to automation work, and the plant pays for the higher qualification group and for a controller course.

A production hall and a separate switch room, with a workshop bench for repairs and a locked store for spare drives. Insulated tools, safety shoes, gloves and an arc rated coat are mandatory and are supplied.
