Production Operator

You work a fixed station on the line: you feed components, run the assembly step you were trained on and compare every piece with the reference sample before it moves on. Rejects go into the marked box and are written on the shift sheet. At the end of the run you clean the station and hand over to the next operator in person. The plant works 06:00 to 14:00, 14:00 to 22:00 and 22:00 to 06:00 in a weekly rotation, and you report to the line leader.

Primary school finished, no production experience required

Steady hands and good eyesight for small assembly work

Able to stand at the station for a full shift

Willing to work a three shift rotation including nights

Follows a written work instruction and a reference sample

Basic English for the machine labels and the safety signs

Accurate with the shift sheet and the reject count

Net salary from 800 up to 880 EUR per month

Permanent contract with insurance from the first day

An operator who learns the changeover on his own station becomes a machine setter, and the plant fills its line leader posts from the shop floor rather than from outside.

A lit and ventilated production hall with height adjustable work benches, a separate break room and a canteen. Ear protection, safety shoes and work clothing are mandatory and are supplied by the employer.
