Maintenance team at a metal-processing plant in the Stuttgart-Feuerbach industrial zone. Modern machine park, clear shift plan and a workshop that keeps its standards. Permanent contract from day one.
About role
You maintain and repair the electrical systems on CNC machines, presses and conveyor lines from Trumpf, Siemens and SEW drives. Daily work covers fault diagnosis on PLC controls (Siemens S7), replacing motors, sensors and contactors, and wiring control cabinets to plan. You run scheduled inspections, log faults in SAP PM and support the night crew by phone during the late shift. Work runs in a two-shift pattern (06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00) with a weekly rotation. You report to the maintenance foreman and work alongside three other electricians and the mechanical team.
Who's a fit?
Completed training as Elektroniker für Betriebstechnik or Industrieelektriker
Switching authorization up to 1000 V (Schaltberechtigung)
Experience with Siemens S7 PLC fault diagnosis
Reading and working from electrical schematics
Willingness to work two shifts on weekly rotation
German at B1 for shift handover and safety briefings
Driving licence class B is an advantage

Promotion terms
Paid path to Industriemeister Elektrotechnik through the local IHK, with the company covering course fees. Senior electricians move into shift-lead or planning roles within two to three years.

Climate-controlled production hall, separate fitted electrical workshop and a tool crib stocked with Fluke and Knipex equipment. Clean, well-lit and held to TÜV inspection standards.
