MIG/MAG Welder
Metal Industry — Plovdiv, Bulgaria
P-284 · Functional (B1) · 4 openings
A metal industry company near Plovdiv needs welders who already know their way around a MIG/MAG torch. Steady work, real shifts, pay that sits above what most shops in the region offer.
About role
You will weld carbon and low-alloy steel parts using MIG/MAG (135/136) on a production floor that builds structural assemblies and sheet-metal components. Most of the day is fillet and butt welds on jigs, with some out-of-position work depending on the batch. You read the drawing, set your wire speed and gas flow, run the bead, then grind and check it before it moves on. Shifts are two-shift rotation, 06:00 to 14:00 and 14:00 to 22:00, Monday to Friday, with overtime offered on Saturdays when orders pile up. You work off fixtures, change spools, and keep your station clean. A welding inspector spot-checks the joints, so consistency matters more than speed.
