MIG MAG Welder
Metal Industry · Plovdiv, Bulgaria
JB-524 · Basic (A2) · 6 openings
A steel fabrication plant in the Maritsa zone north of Plovdiv welds frames and tanks for machine builders in Germany and Austria. Six MIG/MAG welders are needed on the two shift operation, permanent from day one.
About role
You weld steel from three to twelve millimetres in the fixture and free hand: fillet and butt welds in flat, horizontal and vertical positions on frames, brackets and tank shells. You read the drawing and the weld symbol, set the wire feed and gas flow, tack the assembly, check squareness before the full weld, and grind and clean the seam afterwards. Every part is stamped with your number and a share is checked visually and by penetrant test. Two shifts rotate weekly, 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00, and overtime is voluntary.
