Production Line Operator
Production & Manufacturing — Fier, Albania
P-248 · Basic (A2) · 4 openings
A production and manufacturing company near Fier needs steady hands on its assembly line. No experience required, the team trains you on the floor in your first week.
About role
You work on a moving assembly line, feeding raw parts into the machines and taking finished pieces off at the other end. Most of the day is spent standing at one station, checking that each item comes out clean and within size, then packing it into boxes or trays. You operate simple controls like start and stop buttons, foot pedals and the odd lever, and you clear small jams when the line stalls. Shifts run on two rotations, 06:00 to 14:00 and 14:00 to 22:00, swapping every week, six days on with Sunday off. You log how many units you finish each shift and flag any part that looks faulty to the line leader. Cleaning your station and the area around it at the end of the shift is part of the job.

Promotion terms
You start as a line operator and the pay grows as you learn the machines. After you have proven you can hold the pace and train newer hands, you can move up to line leader, where you set the rhythm for your station and check the work of others. The monthly net runs from 550 euro at the start to 640 euro once you reach that level.
Work environment
The plant is a covered industrial hall with concrete floors, kept lit and ventilated, though it gets warm near the machines in summer. You wear ear protection, gloves and steel toe boots, all handed to you on the first day. The work is repetitive and the line keeps a fixed pace, so the day passes on your feet.
