Waiter

You take orders, serve food and drinks, clear tables and handle payment across a busy outdoor and indoor section. The restaurant seats around 120 covers and fills both lunch and dinner service through July and August. Shifts are long in peak weeks, with a split or straight rota set weekly and one rest day. Most guests are Albanian, Italian and other European tourists, so functional English and a few words of Italian help. You work as part of a section team with a runner and a section head. Cash and card handling, tray service and table resets are the core of the day.

Strong seasonal waiters are offered the same restaurant first the following summer at a higher rate, and section head roles open up mid-season for those who handle their station well. A few are kept on for the winter Sarandë operation.

A seafront terrace with fast turnover and a young, mixed team that works hard through the summer and knows the regulars. Loud and busy in peak weeks, calmer in June and September.
