A construction company near Turin needs bricklayers who can lay a clean, level course without being told twice. Steady work on residential builds, real hours, pay that lands on time.
About role
You will build load-bearing and partition walls in brick and block, mostly on three to five storey residential projects across the Turin metro area. Days start around 7am, you mix or take mortar from the pan, set your line, and lay roughly 400 to 600 bricks across a shift depending on the detail. Expect to cut blocks with an angle grinder, build up to a string line, plumb every corner with a spirit level, and point joints before the mortar sets. Some weeks you work facing brick where every joint shows, other weeks it is fast blockwork that gets plastered over later. You will move between scaffolding levels, load your own materials with a wheelbarrow or site hoist, and clean down your section at the end of each day. Standard week is Monday to Friday with the occasional Saturday morning when a pour is on a deadline.

You start at 1670 net a month. Once you have shown you can run your own section and keep the quality up, usually within the first six to nine months, pay moves up toward 1920 net. Bricklayers who can read drawings and set out a wall for others get first pick when a leading-hand spot opens.
Work environment
Sites are open-air residential builds, so you work in summer heat and cold, wet mornings in spring and autumn. Crews run six to ten people, the foreman is on site every day, and safety rules on scaffolding and lifting are taken seriously. It is physical work that leaves you tired, but the schedule is steady and you know what tomorrow looks like.
