Get onto a steady building site with an established contractor in Torino. No experience needed, learn a trade on the job, and grow toward a qualified mason's pay.
About role
Support the masons: mix and carry mortar, move materials, prepare and clean work areas, help set up scaffolding under supervision, and keep the site tidy and safe. You learn to handle tools and read simple measurements while the trade is taught to you step by step.
Who's a fit?
No experience required; you learn on site. Reliable, willing and physically fit for heavy outdoor work. Basic safety training is a plus, otherwise provided. Basic Italian on site; English at A2 is welcome. Punctual and a team player.
Benefits
Indefinite contract under the construction CCNL with Cassa Edile, tredicesima and the territorial EVR. 25 days of ferie and permessi combined. Travel allowance and free PPE. Sanitary cover through the Cassa Edile.
Promotion terms
Real path: Laborer → Qualified Laborer with safety and scaffolding tickets (after 8-12 months) → Mason (24-30 months). Employer pays the training and the scaffolding course.
Work environment
Building sites around Torino, outdoor work in all seasons. Squads of 6 to 10 with a foreman who follows the new arrivals closely. Scaffolding and edge protection in place, daily safety briefings.
