Build with a respected general contractor working on residential and commercial sites across Milano. Year-round work, indefinite contract, and pay at the top end for skilled hands in the city.
About role
Lay blockwork and brick, build and plaster partitions, form openings and pour small concrete works, and read site drawings to set out your work. Use levels, lasers and standard site tools, keep to the construction programme, and follow site safety rules on scaffolding and edges. You work as part of a squad reporting to the foreman.
Who's a fit?
At least 3 years on building sites as a mason. Confident with masonry, plaster and basic formwork, and able to read simple drawings. Valid safety training for construction. Basic Italian on site; English at A2 is welcome. Fit for physical outdoor work and work at height with harness.

Promotion terms
Path with timeframes: Mason → Lead Mason on the squad (after 12 months) → Assistant Foreman (24-36 months). Employer funds safety, scaffolding and site-supervision courses.
Work environment
Active building sites across the city, outdoor work with seasonal weather. Squads of 6 to 10 under a foreman, scaffolding and edge protection in place, daily toolbox talks and a strong safety culture.
