Furniture Maker (Bench Joiner)

Build cabinets, doors and bespoke furniture from solid wood and panel materials. Read cutting lists and drawings, run the panel saw, edge bander, router and other woodworking machines, assemble and fit hardware, and sand and finish to a clean standard. Check every piece against the drawing.

At least 3 years as a joiner or cabinetmaker, confident on woodworking machines. Reads cutting lists and shop drawings. Basic English (A1/A2) is enough for the floor. Precise, careful with materials, and strict about machine guarding and dust extraction.

Health insurance, 21 days of paid vacation, and a hot-meal allowance. Overtime paid at the legal rate, a productivity bonus on completed orders, and employer-funded machine training. Quality tools and proper dust extraction provided.

Path: Joiner → Senior Joiner (after 12 months) → Workshop Lead (after 24 to 36 months). The workshop funds machine and CNC-woodworking training and gives senior joiners the lead on bespoke and high-value pieces.

Established joinery workshop in Pljevlja with panel saws, edge banders and a finishing room. Mostly day shifts, a team of 8 to 10, and a workshop lead overseeing quality. Heated hall, good dust extraction, and a calm, craft-focused floor.
