Furniture Joiner / Carpenter
Wood & Furniture Production — Berane, Montenegro
P-274 · Basic (A2) · 3 openings
A wood and furniture workshop near Berane needs steady hands for its cabinet line. If you can read a cutting list and trust your own measurements, this is solid work with a pay rise built into the first year.
About role
You will build cabinet carcasses, doors and shelving from chipboard, MDF and solid wood, working off cutting lists and shop drawings. Days run on a panel saw and edgebander, then assembly with a drill driver, biscuit joiner, router and clamps. You measure, mark, drill the 32mm system holes, glue and square up each unit before it goes to the spray line. Most work is bench and machine work indoors, with some fitting of hinges, runners and handles. One day shift, Monday to Saturday, roughly 7 to 16 with a lunch break. You keep your own bench tidy and flag any board that comes through chipped or warped.

Clean, accurate work to the millimetre
Knows the 32mm system and standard hinge and runner fitting
Benefits
Accommodation arranged near the workshop, single or shared room
Daily transport from the housing to the site
One hot meal on every shift
Full health insurance from day one

Promotion terms
You start at 850 EUR net. Once you prove you can run a unit start to finish without rework, pay moves up to 990 EUR net, usually inside the first year. Joiners who take on setup and train new hands are first in line for the lead bench spot.
Work environment
The shop is a mid size production floor, heated in winter and pulled clean by dust extraction on the machines. It gets loud near the saws, so ear protection and a mask are worn and provided. The crew is small and most of them have been there a while.
