Commercial Cleaner

Clean offices, shops and common areas to a set checklist: vacuum and mop floors, wipe surfaces, sanitise washrooms, empty bins and restock supplies. Use professional machines and chemicals correctly and safely, and lock up properly after evening shifts. Report anything that needs maintenance.

No formal qualification needed. You are reliable, thorough and trustworthy in client premises, often working with little supervision. Basic English (A1/A2) is enough for signage and labels. You can keep a steady pace through your shift and follow chemical-safety rules.

Health insurance, paid vacation per Montenegrin law, and a transport allowance for evening shifts. A hot-meal allowance, overtime paid at the legal rate, and a small attendance bonus. Uniforms, machines and all cleaning supplies provided.

Path: Cleaner → Team Lead on a site group (after 12 months) → Area Supervisor (after 24 to 36 months). The company funds machine-handling and chemical-safety training and gives reliable people first access to better-paid specialised cleaning.

Office buildings, shops and business premises around Podgorica, cleaned mostly early morning or after closing. Small teams of 2 to 4 per site, with a mobile supervisor across locations. Indoor, climate-controlled spaces with clear chemical-safety procedures.
