Commercial Cleaner

You cover a fixed floor plan: offices, halls, stairs, lifts and sanitary rooms. Dry work first, then wet mopping with the correct dilution from the marked bottle, and the wet floor sign goes out before you start. Glass doors and lift mirrors are wiped daily, waste is separated into paper, plastic and mixed, and consumables are refilled from the trolley. You sign the room card after each area and report a fault, a spill or a broken lock to the team leader by phone. The morning team works 06:00-14:00 and the evening team 16:00-22:00.

Primary school finished, no previous experience needed

Paid training on machines for hard floors

A cleaner who knows the buildings becomes a team leader with a key set and a supplement, and the contractor fills those posts only from inside. The machine operator course for polishing and extraction is paid.

Heated and air conditioned buildings, so the work is indoors all year, with a locker room and a kitchen for breaks in each object. Gloves and non slip shoes are mandatory and the agents are supplied in ready dilutions.
