Auto Mechanic

Diagnose and repair engines, brakes, suspension, clutches and electrics on passenger and light commercial vehicles. Run computer diagnostics, carry out scheduled servicing, replace parts to manufacturer spec, and road-test after repair. Keep job records accurate and the bay clean and safe.

At least 3 years as a mechanic, confident with diagnostics and modern vehicle systems. Reads wiring diagrams and service data. Functional English (B1) for manuals and diagnostic software. Methodical, honest with customers, and tidy in the workshop.

Path: Mechanic → Senior Mechanic and Diagnostician (after 12 months) → Workshop Lead (after 24 to 36 months). The workshop funds brand and diagnostic certifications and supports mechanics specialising in hybrid and EV systems.

Well-equipped service workshop in Podgorica with lifts, diagnostic stations and a parts store. Mostly day shifts, a team of 8 to 10 mechanics, and a service advisor up front. Heated and ventilated bays, clear safety rules and a steady flow of work.
