You take the tractor and trailer out of the yard in Bar, load at the terminal or at a client ramp, and cover routes of 300 to 600 km with one or two overnight stops. Before every run you check tyres, lights, brake lines and the load securing straps, and you sign the check sheet. You keep the tachograph card in order, respect driving and rest times, and send the delivery note back by photograph the same day. Dispatch reaches you by phone and the plan for the next day arrives by 18:00. You are home most weekends.

CE licence and a valid digital tachograph card

At least two years driving a tractor and semitrailer, one of them on regional routes

Certificate of professional competence and a clean record

Load securing with straps, chains and anti slip mats

Willing to take one or two overnight stops per week

Functional English for border papers and terminal codes

Basic phone use for photographs of the delivery note

Net salary from 950 up to 1045 EUR per month

Daily allowance for every night spent away, paid separately

Paid supplement for a Sunday or holiday run

Drivers who keep a clean tachograph record for a year get the regular international rotation, which pays more in allowances. Two seats in dispatch are filled from the driving staff each season.

A fenced yard with a wash bay, a small workshop and a heated rest room with a shower for drivers coming off a night run. High visibility vest, gloves and safety shoes are worn at every loading point.
