Truck Driver (CE)

Drive a tractor-trailer on domestic and regional routes across Montenegro and the wider Balkans. Carry out daily vehicle checks, load and secure cargo correctly, keep to the tachograph and rest rules, and handle delivery paperwork at each stop. Plan routes sensibly and keep dispatch updated.

Valid CE licence and CPC (code 95) with at least 3 years on the road. Clean driving record and a careful, calm manner behind the wheel. Basic English (A1/A2) for border and delivery documents. Fit for loading work and comfortable with multi-day routes when needed.

Health insurance, paid vacation per Montenegrin law, and per-diem allowances on longer routes. Overtime and night work paid at the legal rate, modern trucks, and a monthly bonus for clean, on-time deliveries. CPC and ADR training covered.

Path: Driver → Senior Driver on regional lines (after 12 months) → Dispatch and Fleet Coordinator (after 24 to 36 months). The company funds CPC renewal and ADR for drivers who want to move into better-paid specialised transport.

Modern fleet based near the Port of Bar, mostly day routes with occasional overnights. Solo driving with regular dispatch contact, a fleet of around 25 trucks, and a real maintenance team. Mediterranean and mountain roads, so driving conditions change with the season.
