Warehouse Worker (Port Logistics)

Receive, check and store incoming goods, pick and pack orders, and load and unload trucks and containers. Scan items, keep stock locations tidy, wrap and label pallets, and help with regular inventory counts. Keep the aisles clear and follow the warehouse safety rules.

No formal qualification required, but you are fit for repeated lifting and a full shift on your feet. Basic numeracy for counting and scanning, and basic English (A1/A2) for labels and systems. A forklift licence is a plus but the employer will fund it for the right person.

Health insurance, paid vacation per Montenegrin law, and a hot-meal allowance. Transport provided on shifts, overtime paid at the legal rate, and an employer-funded forklift licence. Stable, full-time work through the whole year.

Path: Warehouse Worker → Forklift Operator (after 6 to 12 months, licence paid by employer) → Shift Lead (after 24 months). Reliable workers get first pick of the better-paid forklift and goods-control roles.
