Hotel Housekeeper (Seasonal)

Clean and prepare guest rooms to a four-star standard: change linen, make beds, refresh bathrooms, restock the minibar and amenities, vacuum and check that everything works before the next guest. Report damage and lost property, and follow the room checklist on every turnaround.

No formal qualification needed, but you are quick, thorough and trustworthy around guests' belongings. Basic English (A1/A2) is enough for greetings and signage. You can stay on your feet through a full shift and keep pace with the daily room count.

Health insurance, free shared accommodation on the property, one hot meal per shift and a transport allowance. Paid vacation per Montenegrin law and an end-of-season bonus for reliable attendance. Uniforms and all cleaning supplies provided.

Path: Housekeeper → Senior Housekeeper (after one season) → Floor Supervisor (after 2 to 3 seasons), with a housekeeping manager track. The hotel runs paid in-house training on standards and chemical safety.

Modern marina-side hotel in Tivat with around 120 rooms over four floors. Mostly morning shifts in high season, a housekeeping team of 12 to 14, supervised by a floor lead. Air-conditioned corridors, service lifts and a steady but manageable daily quota.
