A metal-processing plant in Bitola is hiring a senior maintenance mechanic for its CNC and machining equipment. Hands-on technical work with strong pay and a team that keeps high-value machines running.
About role
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC machines, presses, and conveyors. Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults, replace bearings, belts, and seals, and align and calibrate equipment. Work with the electrical team on combined faults and keep clear maintenance logs to minimize downtime.
Who's a fit?
At least 4 years in industrial mechanical maintenance, ideally around CNC equipment. Strong on hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical assemblies, and able to read technical and machine drawings. Functional English (B1) for manuals and spare-parts catalogs. Comfortable on a standby roster and occasional weekend work.

Metal-processing plant with mixed machinery and multi-shift production. Day shift plus a standby roster in a maintenance crew of 5 to 7. Demanding but organized, with lockout-tagout, daily safety checks, and clean, well-stocked workshops.
