A large manufacturer in the Tetovo industrial zone needs senior industrial electricians to keep its production lines running. Demanding, well-paid technical work in a plant that invests in its maintenance team.
About role
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems across the plant, from motors and drives to control cabinets and sensors. Diagnose faults on production machinery, read electrical schematics, and support PLC-controlled lines during planned and breakdown maintenance. Work to EU electrical safety standards and keep maintenance records.
Who's a fit?
Minimum 4 years as an industrial or maintenance electrician. Strong on schematics, motor controls, and fault diagnosis. Experience around PLC systems is a clear plus. Functional English (B1) for manuals and safety documentation. Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and on a rotating standby roster.

Promotion terms

Work environment
Busy manufacturing plant with mixed machinery and 24/7 production. Rotating shifts plus a standby roster in a maintenance crew of 6 to 8. Demanding but well-organized environment with daily safety checks and lockout-tagout procedures.
