A growing metal-fabrication company near Skopje is hiring experienced MIG/MAG welders for steel structures and machine frames. Solid pay, modern equipment, and steady order books from EU clients.
About role
Weld carbon and structural steel using MIG/MAG processes from technical drawings and weld symbols. Prepare and clean joints, set machine parameters, control distortion, and grind welds to specification. Finished work is checked visually and, on key seams, by an external inspector to EN ISO 3834 standards.
Who's a fit?
At least 3 years of MIG/MAG welding in a workshop or industrial setting. Confident reading of technical drawings and weld symbols. Valid welding certificate is a strong advantage. Basic English (A2) helps with machine menus and documentation. Steady hand and comfort with protective gear and occasional work at heights.

Promotion terms

Work environment
Well-equipped fabrication hall with fume extraction at each welding bay, overhead cranes, and modern welding sources. Two-shift system with a metalworking team of 10 to 14. Strong focus on extraction, PPE, and clean work zones.
