A modern greenhouse operation near Plovdiv is hiring growers for its tomato and cucumber houses. Year-round work indoors, training provided, and a stable employer in a strong farming region.
About role
Tend vegetable crops in modern climate-controlled greenhouses. You will plant, prune, train, and harvest tomatoes and cucumbers, check plants for pests and disease, and pack produce for dispatch. Tasks follow the growing season and the agronomist's plan, so the work stays varied through the year.
Who's a fit?
No experience needed, the agronomist and team leads train you. Willing to do hands-on work at a good pace. Basic English (A2) is not required. Comfortable in a warm, humid greenhouse and on your feet all shift. Reliable and careful with the plants.

Promotion terms
Room to grow: Grower → Skilled Grower across all crop tasks (after 9 to 12 months) → Section Lead (24 to 30 months). The farm trains you in crop care, irrigation, and basic crop protection.
Work environment
Large, modern greenhouses with climate control, drip irrigation, and good walkways between rows. You work in a team of 12 to 18 on day shifts. Warm and humid inside year-round, with clear rules on safe use of any crop-protection products.
