A food processing plant in Stara Zagora is hiring production workers for its packing and processing lines. No experience needed, full training, and a stable employer that pays on time.
About role
Work on processing and packing lines making everyday food products. You will sort and prepare raw materials, run simple line tasks, fill and seal packs, and follow strict hygiene and HACCP rules. The pace follows the line and tasks rotate, so the shift stays varied.
Who's a fit?
No experience needed, we train you and explain every hygiene rule. Willingness to follow HACCP and food-safety standards closely. Basic English (A2) is not required. Comfortable working in cooler areas and standing for a full shift. Open to two-shift work.

Promotion terms
Room to grow: Production Worker → Line Operator on a key station (after 6 to 9 months) → Shift Coordinator (18 to 24 months). Training in HACCP and line setup is paid by the employer.

Clean, hygienic plant with cooled processing areas and a tidy packing hall. Two-shift system in teams of 12 to 18 on each line. Strong food-safety culture with clear rules on hygiene, clothing, and handwashing.
