Sewing Machine Operator

Sew garments and parts on industrial machines following the model and quality sheet. You will work single-needle, overlock, or coverstitch stations depending on the order, check seams as you go, and keep your output tidy for the next operator. Runs are mostly repeat models, so you settle into a rhythm.

Some sewing experience is welcome, but we also train motivated beginners. A steady hand and an eye for a clean seam. Basic English (A2) is not required for this role. Comfortable seated at a machine for a full day shift. Reliable and punctual.

Permanent contract and health cover. 20 paid vacation days. Food vouchers of 150 BGN a month and a piece-rate bonus for hitting daily output cleanly. Fixed day shift, so your evenings are your own.

Path to earn more: Operator → Skilled Operator across all machine types (after 9 to 12 months) → Line Leader (24 to 30 months). The workshop trains you on new machines and on reading model sheets.

Bright, heated sewing hall with modern machines and good lighting at each station. Single day shift in a friendly line of about 12 people. Clean floor with clear walkways and proper seating for long stretches at the machine.
