A large logistics center near Sofia airport is expanding its team. No experience needed, full training given, and plenty of room to grow into a forklift or team-lead role.
About role
Receive, pick, pack, and dispatch goods in a busy distribution center. You will scan items with a handheld terminal, build pallets, label parcels, and load delivery vans and trucks. Keep your zone clean and report any damaged stock. Targets are clear and the system tells you what to pick next.
Who's a fit?
No prior experience required, we train you on site. Basic reading and counting for labels and quantities. Basic English (A2) helps with the scanner menus but is not a must. Able to stand and walk a full shift and lift parcels up to 20 kg. Open to two-shift work.

Promotion terms
Grow with us: Operative → Forklift Operator (after 6 months, license paid by us) → Team Lead (18 to 24 months). Internal training covers stock systems and basic team coordination.
Work environment
Modern, heated warehouse with wide aisles and good lighting. Two-shift system in teams of 15 to 20 per zone. High-visibility vests are standard and forklift lanes are clearly marked for safety.
