Production Shift Supervisor

Run the shift: assign operators, hold the production plan, manage changeovers and minor stoppages, and keep output and quality on target. You report KPIs at handover, enforce safety rules, support training of new hires, and work with maintenance to limit downtime across a 24/7 plant.

At least 5 years in production with team-lead experience. Comfortable reading KPIs and basic lean tools, calm and clear with people. English at B2 for reporting and procedures. Available to rotate across three shifts.

Indefinite contract with tredicesima and a fourteenth month per the sector agreement. Full sanitary cover from day one. 24 days of ferie. Shift and responsibility allowances, meal vouchers and a results bonus tied to plant KPIs.

Path with timeframes: Shift Supervisor → Senior Supervisor across lines (after 12-18 months) → Department Head (30-36 months). Employer funds lean management and leadership training.
