Keep the lines running for a leading ceramics and packaging manufacturer in the Modena area. Senior role, indefinite contract, and the autonomy that comes with being the person the plant calls when a machine stops.
About role
Carry out electrical maintenance on production lines: diagnose faults, repair control panels, work on inverters and three-phase motors, and support the PLC technician on automation issues. You read wiring diagrams, follow lockout and tagout, plan preventive maintenance, and keep spare parts and documentation in order across a 24/7 plant.
Who's a fit?
At least 5 years in industrial electrical maintenance. PES PAV qualification under CEI 11-27. Solid grasp of electrical schematics; experience reading PLC logic is a strong plus. English at B2 for manuals and vendor support. Available for an on-call rotation.

Promotion terms
Growth track: Senior Electrician → Maintenance Reference and on-call lead (after 12 months) → Maintenance Coordinator (24-30 months). Employer funds PLC, drives and predictive maintenance certifications.
Work environment
Large, well-maintained plant with structured shift and on-call system. You move between line-side interventions and a stocked maintenance workshop. Maintenance crew of 10 to 14, very strict safety protocols with permits to work.
