About role
Weld carbon steel and stainless assemblies with MIG and TIG processes from drawings and weld maps. Prepare and tack joints, control distortion, grind and finish, and present your work for visual and dimensional checks. You read welding symbols, follow the WPS, and flag anything that does not meet the standard.
Who's a fit?
At least 3 years welding in a fabrication shop. A valid welder qualification per EN ISO 9606 is a strong plus. Confident on both MIG and TIG. Functional English (B1) for WPS and safety briefings. Comfortable on your feet for the full shift and occasional work at height with harness.

Promotion terms
Path with timeframes: Welder → Senior Welder and qualified inspector support (after 12-18 months) → Welding Team Lead (30-36 months). Employer pays for renewed welder certifications and a visual inspection course.
Work environment
Fabrication hall with fume extraction at every bay, organised stations and overhead cranes for heavy parts. One main day shift with optional overtime, squads of 5 to 8. Demanding pace, well-run safety routines.
