CNC Machine Operator

Set up and operate CNC lathes and machining centres, load programs, mount tools and workpieces, and run first-article and in-process checks with calipers and micrometers. Read technical drawings with geometric tolerances, adjust offsets to hold the spec, and keep the cell tidy and the maintenance log up to date. You work on a two-shift rotation supporting automotive and hydraulics components.

At least 2 years operating CNC machines with Fanuc or Heidenhain controls. Confident reading mechanical drawings and using measuring instruments. ISO programming is a plus. Functional English (B1) for technical documentation. Able to work a two-shift rotation, mornings and afternoons.

Indefinite contract with tredicesima. Sanitary cover through the metalworkers' fund. 23 days of paid ferie plus permessi. Meal vouchers worth 8 euro per day. Shift bonus and a yearly production premium.

Defined growth: Operator → Senior Operator (after 12 months) → Cell Setter and CAM programmer (24-36 months). Employer-funded courses on 5-axis setup and CAM software.
