A large e-commerce fulfilment centre in Dortmund needs a warehouse team lead to run a shift on the floor. Strong pay, real responsibility, and a clear path into operations management.
About role
Lead a warehouse shift of 20-30 staff, plan deployment across inbound, picking, and dispatch, and hit throughput and accuracy targets. You steer the team, monitor KPIs in the warehouse system, run handovers and short meetings, and make sure safety and 5S standards hold across the floor.
Who's a fit?
Several years of warehouse experience with at least 2 years leading a team. Confident with KPIs, warehouse management systems, and staff planning. Good English (B2) for international operations. Calm under pressure and ready for shift work.
