Production Shift Supervisor

Lead a production shift of 25-35 people, plan staffing and material flow, and hit output, quality, and safety targets. You steer the line, run shift handovers and short daily meetings, drive continuous improvement to lean principles, and report KPIs to plant management.

Industrial foreman (Industriemeister) or technician with 5 or more years of leadership in production. Strong in lean methods, KPIs, and shopfloor management. Good English (B2) for an international plant. Confident, calm, and decisive in a three-shift environment.
