About role
Support the skilled crews on site: move and prepare materials, mix mortar and concrete, set up and dismantle scaffolding under guidance, and keep the site clean and safe. You operate small machines such as compactors and run simple measuring and marking tasks.
Who's a fit?
No formal qualification needed. You are dependable, hands-on, and physically solid for heavy outdoor work. Basic German (A1/A2) for safety instructions. A head for heights on scaffolding and a clean attitude to safety rules.
