CNC Machinist

Set up and operate CNC milling and turning centres, load programs, define zero points, and machine workpieces to drawing within tight tolerances. You measure finished parts with caliper, micrometer, and gauges, correct tool offsets, and keep the machines maintained for stable production.

Completed training as a cutting machine operator or similar, with at least 2 years of CNC practice. You read drawings and operate Siemens or Heidenhain controls. Basic German (A1/A2) for work orders. Precise, quality-focused, and ready for shift work.

Permanent contract on the metal tariff, 30 days of paid vacation, shift and night premiums, overtime at 125 percent, company pension scheme, and a yearly bonus tied to plant performance.

Clear path: CNC Operator → CNC Setter and Programmer (after 12 months) → Shift Lead Machining (24-36 months). CAD/CAM and programming courses funded by the employer.

Modern machining hall with a current CNC park, central coolant supply, and clean stations. Three-shift system, machining team of 8-10 per shift, strict EU safety protocols and good extraction.
