Forklift Operator

Move pallets and bulk goods with counterbalance and reach trucks, load and unload trailers and containers, and store goods in high-bay racking. You book movements in the warehouse system, check load security, and carry out the daily forklift inspection before each shift.

Valid forklift licence and at least 1 year of driving practice. Confident with reach trucks and high-bay storage. Basic German (A1/A2) for safety rules and load documents. Reliable, safety-minded, ready for shift work.

Permanent contract, 28 days of paid vacation, shift and night premiums on top, regulated overtime, free transport from staff parking, and a quarterly performance bonus.

Defined track: Forklift Operator → Senior Operator for high-bay and special handling (after 12 months) → Shift Coordinator (24-30 months). Side-loader and crane certifications paid by the employer.

High-throughput logistics terminal with covered loading bays and outdoor yard work in all weather. Three-shift system, teams of 8-12 drivers per shift, strict traffic and safety rules across the site.
