Production Operator
Production & Manufacturing · Gyor, Hungary
JB-992 · Basic (A2) · 25 openings
A components plant in the western industrial park of Gyor supplies pressed and moulded parts to vehicle assembly plants in Hungary and Slovakia. It is adding production operators to two lines that run on a three shift pattern. Training on the line is paid and takes about three weeks.
About role
You feed the line with blanks from the trolley, take the finished part off the fixture, check it against the boundary sample for burrs, short shots and colour, and place it in the tray in the given orientation. Every hour you record the count and the scrap on the line sheet and call the setter when a dimension starts to drift. At the end of the shift you clean the station, hand over the open batch to the next operator and sign the shift log. Three shifts rotate weekly, 06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00 and 22:00-06:00.
