Office Cleaner

You work a fixed round of floors: empty the bins and sort the waste, wipe desks, door handles and glass partitions, vacuum the carpet and mop the hard floors and the stairs. Washrooms are cleaned and restocked twice on the round and signed off on the door card. Meeting rooms are reset with chairs squared and the whiteboard wiped. The round is 05:00-09:00 or 17:00-21:00 from Monday to Friday, and a deep clean is scheduled one Saturday a month and paid separately.

No qualification needed, cleaning experience is an advantage

Reliable arrival, since the round has a fixed start in an empty building

Careful with chemicals, dosing and the correct cloth colour

Discreet around desks, papers and screens, and never moves documents

Willing to take either the early or the evening round

Basic English for chemical labels and building signs

Net salary from 693 up to 762 EUR per month

A fixed building and a fixed round, no travel between sites

Uniform, non slip shoes, gloves and a trolley with all materials provided

A cleaner who takes on the key handling and the material orders for one building becomes the site leader there, with a supplement and a say in the round.

Air conditioned offices, corridors and stairwells, with a machine room for the scrubber dryer and a store for the chemicals. Gloves, non slip shoes and a uniform are mandatory and supplied by the employer.
