Office Cleaner

You run the daily round of your own floors: meeting rooms, open plan desks, kitchens and the toilets. Waste and recycling are emptied into the sorted bins in the corridor, hard floors are mopped with a flat mop and the entrance mats are vacuumed twice a day. Glass doors, handles and light switches are wiped with a disinfectant cloth. You mix the cleaning agents by the dosing chart, report any shortage to the site supervisor and mark each area in the work list when it is finished. The shift is 07:00 to 15:00 from Monday to Friday, with a weekly deeper clean of one floor by rotation.

Completed basic school, cleaning experience an advantage but not required

Ability to work through a shift standing and walking

Careful use of dosed cleaning agents and colour coded cloths

Reliability with keys and access cards in occupied offices

Ability to work independently on your own floors

Basic Finnish or English for the work list and the safety data sheets

Net salary from 1819 up to 2000 EUR per month

Cleaners who take the combination machine and floor treatment training move to the maintenance cleaning team, which works on fewer sites at a higher rate. Site supervisors are appointed from within the crew.

Heated office floors in use during the day, with a cleaning store and a changing room on every site. Gloves, work clothing and non slip shoes are provided, and every agent carries a safety data sheet in the store.
