Forklift Driver

You run a counterbalance diesel truck and a reach truck, unload curtainsiders at the bay, take the pallets to their racking position and feed the loading lane in the order the dispatcher calls. Before the first lift you check the forks, the mast chains, the horn and the fuel or battery level and write the check into the machine log. A damaged pallet or torn shrink wrap is reported before the goods go up on the racking, not after. Two shifts run 07:00-15:00 and 15:00-23:00, and Saturday loading is voluntary and paid separately.

Forklift licence valid in North Macedonia

At least two years on a counterbalance truck in a warehouse

Reach truck experience, or willingness to be trained on one

Reading a pallet label and a loading list

Willingness to rotate two shifts weekly

Basic English for the machine display

Net salary from 570 up to 627 EUR per month

Drivers who take on the reach truck and the loading plan move to bay coordinator within about two years, and the company pays for the periodic renewal of the licence.

A covered cross dock with a level concrete floor, marked driving lanes, eight loading bays with dock levellers and a charging room for the electric trucks. Helmet, vest and safety shoes are mandatory and supplied.
