You prepare the surfaces first: fill and sand the plasterboard joints, tape the corners, prime the walls and mask the frames and the floor. Then you apply two coats of emulsion by roller, cut in by brush at the ceiling line and the skirting, and spray the ceilings where the room allows it. You check the coverage under a lamp before the room is signed off, touch in what the check finds and clean the tools the same day. The site works 07:00-16:00 from Monday to Friday, with Saturday paid separately when a handover date is close.

At least three years painting and finishing interiors

Filling, sanding and taping plasterboard to a clean line

Confident with roller, brush and an airless spray unit

Work at height on a tower scaffold, with training provided

Accurate masking and a clean hand at the cut in line

Basic English for product labels and mixing instructions

Willing to work Saturday when a handover date is close

Net salary from 1140 up to 1254 EUR per month

Permanent contract instead of payment by the day

A painter who takes on the decorative finishes and the material order for a block becomes a crew leader within two years. The contractor pays the course for decorative plaster and spray application.

Finished but unoccupied apartments, lit and heated once the glazing is in, with a locked store for materials and a site cabin for breaks. Mask, goggles, gloves and safety shoes are supplied by the employer.
