Warehouse Worker
Trade & Transport · Bucharest, Romania
JB-730 · Basic (A2) · 12 openings
A distribution centre on the western edge of Bucharest is taking on warehouse workers for its food and household goods lines. The site supplies shops across Bucharest and Ilfov county, runs two shifts and dispatches every working day. The contract is permanent from the first day, with social and health insurance paid in full.
About role
You take pallets in at the dock, check the quantity and the expiry date against the delivery note, and put the goods away in the racking positions the scanner shows you. Through the shift you pick orders with a hand terminal, build pallets by weight so the heavy cases sit at the bottom, wrap them and move them to the dispatch lane. You report damaged packaging to the shift leader and record every correction in the system. Shifts run 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00 with a weekly rotation, and Saturday is worked only when a delivery window demands it.
