Packing Worker

You take finished pieces off the line, check them by eye for scratches and missing parts, fold the carton and pack to the layout on the packing card. Each carton gets the printed label, the piece count and the order number, and you weigh it before it goes on the pallet. Completed pallets are wrapped and marked for the right customer. Two shifts run 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00 with a weekly rotation, and a short stretching break is scheduled every two hours.

Completed primary school, no previous experience needed

Careful eye for a scratch, a dent or a missing part

Able to stand and repeat a paced task for eight hours

Handling cartons up to 12 kg onto a pallet

Willing to rotate the morning and the afternoon shift

Basic Czech or English for the packing card and safety signs

Net salary from 1162 up to 1278 EUR per month

Permanent contract with insurance from the first day

Packers who learn the labelling printer and the weighing station take over the end of a line on their own, and the team leader post is filled from that group.

A heated hall kept near twenty degrees, packing tables at adjustable height and roller conveyors so no carton is carried far. Gloves and safety shoes are mandatory and supplied by the employer.
