Truck Driver C plus E

You take over the tractor unit and the trailer with a written walk around check, couple up, and secure the load with straps and anti slip mats before you leave the yard. On the road you keep to the driving and rest rules on the digital tachograph, sign the consignment note at each stop and take a photograph of the load before the doors are closed. A defect goes to the fleet office the same day. Work runs Monday to Friday with an early start, and weekend work is voluntary and paid at a higher rate.

Driving licence category C plus E and a valid professional driver card

Digital tachograph card and a current medical certificate

At least two years with an articulated vehicle

Load securing to EN 12195, straps and anti slip mats

Willing to start before 05:00 on national runs

Basic Czech or English for the consignment note and the loading bay

Net salary from 1162 up to 1278 EUR per month

Tractor units under four years old with a fitted bunk

Work clothing, safety shoes, gloves and a winter jacket provided

Drivers who add the ADR certificate move onto the tanker and chemical work, which pays a fixed supplement on every load. The employer covers the ADR course and the five year renewal.

A fenced depot with a workshop, a fuel point and a heated driver room with showers. Safety shoes, gloves and a high visibility vest are worn in the yard and on every customer loading bay.
