Forklift Driver

You move pallets between goods in, the racking and the loading bays on a counterbalance truck and a reach truck. The shift covers checking the truck before the first lift, unloading trailers and matching each pallet against the delivery note, putting away to the scanned location, pulling full pallets for the outbound bays, and putting the battery on charge at the end. Every movement is scanned on a hand terminal so the stock record stays correct, and damage goes straight to the shift dispatcher. Two shifts, 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00, rotating weekly.

Valid ISCIR licence for counterbalance and reach trucks

At least two years of driving inside a warehouse

Confident in narrow aisles and at the loading dock

Working with a hand scanner and a delivery note

Accurate with pallet labels and stock locations

Basic English for the terminal menus and the safety rules

Willing to rotate two shifts weekly

Net salary from 600 up to 660 EUR per month

Permanent contract from the first day, with no agency in between

Meal vouchers of 40 lei for each day worked

ISCIR licence renewed and paid by the company

Shift supplement and overtime paid at the end of the month

Transport from Oradea on the company minibus

Work clothing, high visibility vest and safety boots provided

Drivers who know the whole warehouse move to team leader on the outbound bays within two years. The operator trains its dispatchers from the driver pool and pays for the course.

A heated warehouse with marked aisles, pedestrian routes separated by barriers and a dedicated room for battery charging. High visibility vest, gloves and safety boots are supplied and worn on the floor at all times.
