CNC Machine Operator

You load and run CNC lathes and three axis milling machines on steel and aluminium parts for the automotive supply chain. The day covers clamping the blank, calling up the proven programme, measuring the first piece with a caliper and micrometer, correcting the tool offset when the dimension drifts, and deburring the finished part before it goes into the crate. You record the count per order, top up the coolant, keep the chip conveyor clear and hand the machine over to the next operator with a short written note. Work runs in two shifts, 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00, rotating every week.

Finished trade school in machining, toolmaking or a similar trade

At least one year on a CNC lathe or a milling machine

Reading a technical drawing and simple ISO code

Confident measuring with a caliper and a micrometer

Willingness to rotate two shifts every week

Care with tooling and reporting a machine fault early

Basic English for the machine menus

Net salary from 472 up to 519 EUR per month

Permanent contract after a three month trial period

Paid training on the machine before you work alone

Company bus from Kumanovo and the nearby villages

Afternoon shift supplement paid together with the salary

Work clothing, safety shoes and measuring tools provided

Operators who learn the setting move to the setter post within a year, and the plant fills its shift leader places from inside. The employer pays for the programming course at the trade centre in Skopje.

A heated hall with local extraction at each machine, marked walkways and a separate measuring room with a granite table. Ear protection, gloves and safety shoes are mandatory and supplied by the employer.
